The Battle for Middle-earth: Tactics – is a first mod for The Battle for Middle-earth II: The Rise of the Witch-king which main goals not only to add units, heroes and buildings, but also cardinally to change a gameplay and to improve graphics.
Ah i see, you use a floordraw-module to expand the textur. But you have to notice: This means, that every groundtextur will getting overlapped, like the floor-textures from the buildings (as shown in the screens), taint-textures (Taint-Spell), woodland-textures (Elvenwood-spell) and decals.
This is a feature wich we used for our Isengard-faction in Edain v. 3.8.1, but we noticed, that it brings to many problems with it.
Personally, i dont like this system, everything looks identical. Look at the groundtextur from the trollcage, usually there is a sand-texture, which fits much better and provides more diverse. Now it is no longer displayed, because of this overlapp-problems.
Additionally i think the difference between the colors is to strong.
Just an idea, you could expand the cities's control zone, to build bigger cities ;)
