This is a graphical mod developed by a russian modder called Berserker. It's an active project since 2008. The mods purpose is to enchange Quake2's graphics.
I think that it will be much better without that head in the hud, the hollow that you see when you take a swim, and the railgun needs much improvement on the ray. Besides this i think is much better than Q2E and Q2XP.
