As you suggested ("If there is more that could use some work, please inform me!"), i have some ideas to improve this mod.

For example...
Would it be possible for u to implement a kingdom management system like the one in Sword of Damocles (Mount and Blade 1.011)?
It is the best i've ever seen...in there, once u become king, u can open a kind o window that lets u see all your own buildings, and u can initiate constructions and choose how many man per day u want to recruit in each center, even lets u cap how many u want to garrison in each building and choose how many of melee or ranged u want...it's really amazing.
In another window called "strategic map" u can give orders to each of your lords (like follow me/go to this location/patrol around/stay here). In another window u can choose up to 10 laws in 4 categories: nobility, clergy, townsman, villagers.
Others things:
-there is a religious system implemented with real consequences in the world;
-you can call lords from your "mainland" (=much easier to gets lords, who are so needed);
-you can form recruitments (war parties) to follow u or do as u wish; there are 4-5 contractable professional mercenaries/guilds (snake cult, black army...u can get good relations with them by doing different kinds of missions to them and then buy like 50-100-150 of them for the time u want to invest or contract elite soldiers);
-news are always popping up and the most of the time u have to make decisions for ur kingdom...

Overall its a gorgeous system to manage ur kingdom...much better than diplomacy...is it possible to create something like that or port this one to your mod?

PS: The kingdom management system used in "silverstag" for warband isn't bad either...but can't beat "sword of damocles".

PS2: I have some other ideas but i don't want to overburden you. Tell me if you want and i will post more. Sadly can't do much test with your mod nowadays, but i hope to help this way too. Thanks!

This is for M&B Warband 1.160?

Use M&B 1.158 if you want...works the same as 1.160 (only difference has to do with steam stuff...so no incompatibility problems at all for every mod) :)

Bugs found:
- In character creation, your nation ("people") doesn't correspond to the story...for example if i put Roman, in story appears Angle...after when selecting the city to start, the description of the city doesn't correspond to it (i selected Rome and the description is from "Cantwaraburh").
- I chose to begin in Rome, in the first scene after killing the guy, the merchant appears...we talk...next scene in his house he is bald.
- bread, dried meat, pork, cabbages, fruit, grain, all have 44 food.
- In troop trees (there are troops without equipment)

I got all these bugs by playing 5 minutes...and with one of the most obvious choice for players with this mod (Be a roman and start in Rome)...too many bugs in so little time... :/

It's still Alpha, so please do still bear that in mind. Apart from that, I've received very little feedback regarding any of these so called bugs in the previous version. So it's a first I hear of some of these things.

However though, none of these "bugs" are gamebreaking.

Could you specify what troops have no equipment? (names)

Thanks for the reports!

Another thing (not a bug). Brythenwalda had these same problems.

Why there is only one type of gloves in this game?! It is not realistic and players always love to have more option to choose from...

Other aspect...would like to have more mailed horses too. I know that in that time they weren't common...but only you (the player) can get the horses from the merchants...besides you are supposed to became an Emperor in this game...and it would't be that hard for an Emperor to get a good mailed/distinct horse.

Brytenwalda, it says its brytenwalda 1.41 In the menu if I'm not mistaken.

In brytenwalda 1.41 there was a bug that lords from defeated factions didn't join any other faction and just run around the map without troops (armies composed by 1 troop, the lord). Is this fixed in this mod?

Another sugestion: I noticed that the 2files in here, after unpacked are named Bellum_Imperii_0.5 and Bellum Imperii_0.5 (there is a "_" missing in the second file, and if you get distracted you can get the installation wrong). The suggestion is to correct that...and maybe for next versions to put just one file...most mods do so.

Thanks

PS: If i have time later today, i'll see that bug with the tree troops. Cheers!

Hi, great mod and more because I love the Roman theme, but please, in the update 0.5 the uniform I cohort appears with red cape, and that takes away the beauty of the armor, layer should be only for the centurions, thanks .
PS: sorry for my English.

Nothing wrong with your English.

About the cape, it was more or less just a try-out. They would indeed probably fit better with the centurions/generals.

If enough people agree with you, I'll remove it. Just see what other people think of it.

Cheers for mentioning it though.

Just an idea. When i use the gladius it bounces off the armor most of the time and i know it isn't bouncing off the shield because the person doesnt have a shield. I thought the whole point of the roman gladius was to peirce armor. It shouldnt bounce off when i try to thrust. And i have a question. When i am following a lord around and i am part of his army what troop tree do i do to become a centurion. Otherwise it is a great game thanks.
