i didnt decided yet but he will get the armor at some point of the game, you just have to wait and see.. :)
where is his Warg ?

well, thats not technically possible i guess, so...
perhaps an altered form of when the witch king calls down his chain mace
it will look strange because Witch-King holds the mace with his right hand, and Azog dont have the right arm.. :/
Besides, i dont know if that kind of ability would fit him ingame, he is already strong in damage and radius...
