Hello and welcome to another Battlegroup-Frontlines update. Today we have some German armored cars which have been modeled and skinned by Nimrod they are the SdKfz 231, SdKfz 232 and the SdKfz 263. We also have for you a gameplay video depicting a German attack on a Soviet held village in the Ukraine

Hello and welcome to another Battlegroup-Frontlines update. Today we have some German armored cars which have been modeled and skinned by Nimrod they are the SdKfz 231, SdKfz 232 and the SdKfz 263. We also have for you a gameplay video depicting a German attack on a Soviet held village in the Ukraine which has been made by CaptainRoger. The SdKfz 232 was similar to the SdKfz 231 (it also retained the designation of the 6 wheeled armoured car) and was designed to follow it into battle as it was equipped with a radio - despite the fact that the SdKfz 231 had a radio. Despite this fact it remained in production until 1942.

The SdKfz 263 was intended for use as a unit commanders vehicle and as a result it did not have a turret and had a reduced armament of just one machine gun. It was phased out of production in late 1941 as it was found that halftracks better suited this role.
