of the german mechanics ( Instandsetzungstrupp )
Due to its better armor & cross country mobility, the price will be raised by 50 MP.

The Hansa-Lloyd was a quite popular workhorse in Afrika where it had an operational range which increased by extra fuelload for more mobility in desert warfare.
So that concludes it gives just a tad more for the wehrmacht than the Opel Blitz for example.
For the Bulge it was quite handy in support and carriage of howitzers and equipment
