British soldiers in africa can have 3 random headgear models - beret, plain helmet and netted helmet.
the new helmet with nett can be seen on the soldier on right.
US helmets will get this kind of variations too?
tho idk if it's easy cuz might look weird bcs the US helmet decals are from separate texture
