So what changed? Since CoD was made in America, wouldn't that mean it was already American English?
There are different versions of CoD, like german and russian ones and those versions were fully translated, including the sound files. With these addons those players can play CoD with the "realistic" voices for each campaign.

this is for people who have lets say italian, french or german-dubbed version of cod2 and want each faction to have their respective language.
