Description

I've wanted to give submarines the ability to lay down anti-shipping mines for a long time. this evening I was finally able to make that happen. the problem, for now, is that enemy and friendly ships treat them as solid objects that must be bypassed. so, until I can find a way to make them ethereal (and more threatening) they won't be sinking any enemy ships. but, it was nice to see that they could be deployed!
