In this mod I plan to first create new particle effects for every race, starting with vanilla and heading up to diplomacy (Abilities, weapons, and more)! Meanwhile I will also be putting together a new race; with all new abilities, models, researches, weapons, and more. Periodically I will release betas on particle effects, you can download when I allow it to be available and comment on anthing you liked or disliked about them. I plan to make a cool new experience for you to enjoy on Sins!
