One-man mod. Planed to have over 40 playable factions. Going for realism with units ragin' from as early as late world war 2 to near future units. Mod will be release in the near future, as i plan to release early betas instead of holding on to something that never get released anyway.

I don't the the ERA plates on the turret protrude that much, maybe you could scale them down a bit? Other than that, it looks fine!

Why the ERA is at the front of the tank turret? And will this tank will be slightly faster than the original T-72? Cause the T-72MP is far superior in combat in every aspect even to the T-62. Wonderful update. Hopefully able to see some texture soon. :D

Textures will have to wait after the first alpha release, maybe even the second alpha release. The T-72MP will have atleast better armor vs the T-72.

Ukraine does not using T-72MP and will never use it, because it was created for export trades only. Also, Ukraine does not using any kind of T-72, all of this tanks are in reserve.
There are only two perspective main battle tanks in Ukrainian army - T-64BM "Bulat" and T-84U "Oplot". It's better to give them two of this tanks.
Using T-72 as Ukrainian MBT is big mistake.

You're thinking of the T72M, which is the Russian export model of the T72. The T72MP (modernization package) is actually built by Ukraine, and they operate a significant number of them in reserve. Of the T64 "Bulats", they operate less than 100, so it would not be a good choice for a Ukrainian tank. Their main MBTs are the T80UD and their upgrade to the T80, the T84.

"The T72MP (modernization package) is actually built by Ukraine, and they operate a significant number of them in reserve."
I repeat myself again. Ukraine DOES NOT USING T-72MP and will NEVER use it, because it was built ONLY FOR SALE, not for national armed forces.
T-64 was built in Ukraine, T-72 was built in Russia. Nowadays T-72 is "foreign" tank for our military industry. Some facts: Ukraine has about 2200-2300 T-64 and 700-800 of them are in service, 50-60 already are upgraded to "Bulat" and are in active service. Also it has 1300 (or less) T-72 and none of it in service.

"Of the T64 "Bulats", they operate less than 100, so it would not be a good choice for a Ukrainian tank. Their main MBTs are the T80UD and their upgrade to the T80, the T84."
And it is another mistake. Our main MBT is T-64 and it is planned to upgrade great number of them to T-64BM "Bulat". Perspective MBT for our army is "Oplot" (also known as T-84U), not simple T-84. Also our military factories will not upgrade any T-80 to T-84U, because this tanks has significant differences and it is cheaper to build new T-84U.
At this moment main MBT's are variants of T-64 and T-80UD. In nearest future T-64 must be upgraded to T-64BM "Bulat" and T-80UD will be replaced by T-84U "Oplot".

Look, if you want to discuss armoured vehicles and who operates what, please either start the appropriate thread in the forum for the mod or PM me personally, and I will be happy to discuss it with you. Another person's page is not the place to have an arguement like this. As of right now I merely stand by my points and say that you are getting many of your facts incorrect.
If you wish to discuss things further elsewhere, please let me know.

I don't want to discuss anything. I just told, that Ukraine must not have T-72 as main MBT, because it wrong stereotype and it does not coincide with reality.

Bio :
The T-72 is a Soviet-designed main battle tank that entered production in 1970. It is a further development of the T-62[4] with some features of the T-64A (to which it was a parallel design) and has been further developed as the T-90. Chronologically, and in design terms, it belongs to the same generation of tanks as the US M60[5] series, German Leopard 1, and British Chieftain tank.

Bio from Wikipedia.

I'm gonna add Textures, decals and Housecolor to the T-72.

As i got some pointers and help i figured this will now end up with the Ukrainian faction. Always told you guys these T-series tanks are not my cup of tea. The Ukraine will have a similiar T-72 named the T-72M and will be the only faction that can upgrade the T-72 to T-72MP.
