I've got some questions... Thread - Assault Coop mod for Far Cry

First of all, great idea for a mod! I'm a big coop fan.

Ok, when I go to start a LAN game, there are 3 options: Bots, Shoot, and Coop. Now, when I select Coop, 2 maps show up and they seem to work fine, but I'm not sure how to capture the points on the map (never played Assault before).

Now for Bots and Shoot, what is the difference between the two? When I select either of them, all the AC maps show up, but when I start one of the maps, there are no bots in either gametype. I've tried pressing F4 on Shoot, but that didn't work. Does it work with Bots?

in coop, you must destroy the barriers to capture the flags. (explosives work best )

in bots, well bots is what it states.

in shoot, there available triggers seen around the maps and you are able to spawn enemies as well as allies in each according map.

Thanks! It's all much clearer now that I've figured out how to spawn bots.

Please, i'm french and i don't understand how to add bot on bots type maps!
when i start a new lan game, there's no bot! Is it normal?

plz read the readme which states "f4" adds the bots. Ihavnt really got the removal down yet but soon will.

yes i've already done it and when i press f4 ,i've got the bot menu but i can't do nothing with it

hmm have you pressed "1" or "2" the numbers(not in the numpad)? If that doesn't work, that is because I have not released an updated version for the 1.4 patch yet. The originally released Assault Coop mod out only works well with the 1.33 patch.

yes i pressed the numbers (not on the notepad)!!still same issue
when i was in 1.33 version of far cry, it was the same trouble...........do i have to launch a dedicated server?
or activate Punk buster?

did you install version 1.0 first? then the 1.1 patch?

i reinstall far cry
then i patch to v1.1, to v1.3 ,to v1.31, to v1.32 and to v1.33
same issue!
i can only exit bot menu with "o"

yes the bot menu can only exited wit "o" not "0". Do you even get the comment menu and the hud menu working?

I can not use the message menu F3
Can i use the console to add bot?

that wont work sry... do you have any addons in your FCData folder that might cause this problem?

no addon in fcdata folder!
