One of those days... image - And so it began: The Great War of Calradia mod for Mount & Blade: Warband
Hello and welcome to And so it Began. I have taken it upon myself to edit the continent of Calradia. Now, I hear you asking me, what is within this mod? Well, well, well. Massive troop tree upgrades to say the least, followed by new equipment (Weapons, armor, etc) and a whole sortie of new banners. Is that all, you ask? No. It is not. The mod is in its very early stages of development and as a one man team, massive features (such as diplomacy, freelancer, etc) will take time to implement. I can promise you now that this mod will not be a waste of your time and you may thoroughly enjoy what it offers in-game.
Have you ever had one of those days, where all your men die, and you get caught by a very angry horde of Khergits and Mercenaries? One of those days where nothing goes right and all you have is a mace and some spears to protect yourself against an army of just under a thousand? I know I have.
Long story short, I was butchered...

Aye, they're brutal when it comes to running people down. I'm considering spear and pike units for most factions just to calm them down a bit. (Not Oakwood though... Because bows.)
