I know this isn't a realism mod, but if you get shot with a .338, you have about as much chance for survival as falling 50m onto concrete. 762 ain't much better. Perhaps you'd consider making it a 1 shot kill. Or at least add bleed damage so you'd need help quickly if you get shot with that.

No, it should stay as it is, otherwise he'll have to tweak and re-balance every weapon in the game. And I don't think we would want this mod to take more time, would we?

He could release it when everything planned for the next release is done and then do the re-balancing and release those changes separately. Meanwhile in a parallel universe he might be actually considering it... But there is a way to do what I'd want - add the bleed damage for the last 1 or 2 points of health and make a 762 leave you right at that health. Then it won't really affect other weapons.
BTW, JONES, you say snipers don't kill in 1 shot. Does that also include the anti-materiel rifles that are sometimes mistaken for snipers? Or did you make the difference there?

There's customizable weapons in the next update; what if there was customizable character skins?

That's a great idea, but I'm not sure that's realisable... :(

Well we wanted to make a soldiermodel selection once but this wont be in the next release, however i actualy dont want soldiers of the same faction to ware different camo uniforms in one battle, wouldnt make alot sense to use a desert or woodland camo on a snowmap, you get me?

Maybe you can make it possible for us in the third release to choose between the heavy and light soldier models?
