Alpha Project is a Battlefield 2 modification which goals are to bring back all the features that were left out in the retail game.
The gameplay style of the mod is a mixture of arcade and realism.
this looks very promissing !
want to play so bad T.T
hope the download is back up again soon! :)
this is ******' awsum.... downloading!
it has a feeling like its BF3, just on an much older engine, the Refractor 2 engine.
i take this as a insult to be compared to bf3, but i guess you mean that positive huh?
yes i mean it in a positive way, BF3 is a great game, just that it sucks that it can't be modded.
I'd say it's more like COD 4 with well executed vehicle mechanics.
This does share some problems with BF3-the guns shoot a bit fast, and they could use some louder sounds as well (like more of a popping noise), but it still plays nicely.
can you pls add fore grip on m4
The weapon's skin is amazing! It looks almost like Borderlands 2, but on a realistic weapons, with a sweet model. Once the download is up, I will definitely be downloading this. I just have one request. Is there a way I could re-enable crosshairs? I like the added realism of having no crosshairs, but playing arcade style is nice every now and then, and seeing these great weapons it would be great to play both ways using them.
There are crosshairs, only a small dot in the center of the screen, when you set your crosshair color in the menu to something bright or dark you should notice it!
Well, now that I've downloaded, and played, I can see it :)
I (Stupidly) assumed that because there was nothing I could see here there were no cross hairs.
the m4 weapon is ripped from Medal of honor war fighter isn't it? cause the texture looks like cartoon like in Moh war fighter just asking hehe :)
Nothing is ripped from other games here, this is not legal what you are saying...
okay sorry then it just looked like. but good mod for sure.
Lol, I know what you mean man, it looks like there is cell shading on the edges, it's to show how the weapon has worn down after allot of use, looks damn good too!
