ok, to add to my thing, take this page down, I found it lookin for the GAME Alone in the Dark (the newest one). and It isnt on moddb... I'm surprised, for such a good game, it didn't get much rep...
wow, always the mods that go overboard on the concept art are the ones that die... it's a pity for any mod to die though... I'm glad this doesn't happen to normal games ("and in other news, grand theft auto 4, 2 months before release, after 4 grueling years, is dead..." see what I mean? if that really happened, man...).
I hate when a HL mod dies.
It probably is legal issues. Developers don't like modteams operating a project that will come in conflict with a commercial game they are making. They would lose money.
