Yes it would be the starter, T1 tank for the PRA (People's Republic of Asia). Design is inspired by Type 99.

Btw, Harimau is also Tiger in Malaysian. Malaysian and Indonesian has a very similar languege with a few differences just like American English vs British English

Description

The Harimau (Indonesian for Tiger) is a PRA fourth generation main battle tank (MBT). The vehicle was a replacement for the aging Raider and Warmaster tanks introduced in the early 1970s. Combining modular composite armor, 125mm smoothbore gun, high mobility and sophisticated fire-control systems, the Harimau provides PRA forces with modern maneuver combat capabilities.

The Harimau is a T1 MBT available to all PRA commanders upon construction of a War Factory. Its 125mm cannon has a rapid fire rate and is highly accurate. Due to its relatively low cost, mass production of Harimau MBTs is possible, making it effective against light vehicles, base defense turrets, power plants and production structures. Additionally there is a small chance that shells may inflict extra damage vs vehicles and structures.

However the main cannon performs poorly against infantry and heavier vehicles which either have the armor or weapons to counter large groups of T1 units. Commanders are advised to adopt combined armed strategies, where the Harimau can excel in hit and run operations against critical base infrastructure and unsupported units.
