Nicely done with the REMAP. I like how you combined both light and dark remap colors on it, and they're visible from all sides. That goes for all your voxels. Good job! The texture isn't too dark or too green either so it still sticks out. I can make out the signature of the voxel too.

The Gongchen is deployed in limited numbers due to its large upfront cost and technology requirements.

Does that mean hard capped unit limit, or just flavor text because its gonna be a pricey unit towards the top of the tech tree?

Description

The Gongchen Tank (“Heroic Tank”, 功臣號) refers to a specific Soviet Mammoth Tank acquired by China in the last Great War.

The Gongchen first saw conflict near Suiyang County in Heilongjiang Province where it was brought in by train. However, the tank was delivered too close to the battle, which meant that the train was shelled, creating a “sea of fire” (火海). Fortunately, the Gongchen was not damaged from the fire. Sources reported that the tank proceeded to destroy 300 light tanks which had been acquired by invading Japan forces. The story is part of the PRA folklore and specific details seem somewhat exaggerated. Nevertheless, the Gongchen Tank appears to have survived the Great War and is rumoured to be in a military bunker near Beijing since its retirement in 1952.

Subsequent iterations of the Gongchen have always been based on the original Mammoth Tank doctrine, with subsequent models adopting heavier armor and armaments. The current Gongchen is a fourth generation model of this iconic vehicle. Its armament consists of dual 150mm cannons and a pair of Hong Qi (Red Banner) missile pods. The unique chassis is derived from out-of-place artifact (OOPArts) technology resulting in exceptional resilience to damage and protection from vehicle hijackers.

The Gongchen is a T4 twin-barreled superheavy tank employed by the PRA. It is armed with dual 150mm cannons for ground targets and a pair of rapid-firing missile pods which can lock onto aircraft and infantry. The Gongchen overwhelms forces with its firepower and resilience. However wise commanders will escort the Gongchen as it is vulnerable to advanced anti-tank weapons, artillery and fighter jets. The Gongchen is deployed in limited numbers due to its large upfront cost and technology requirements.
