Ages of the Federation is a new total conversion mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. This mod takes place in the Enterprise and Original series eras, focusing on the conflict between the early Federation and Klingon Empire. A resurgent Romulan Star Empire, angry and still licking its wounds after their defeat to Earth and her allies waits in the shadows, ready to take advantage of any of misstep by either the warring powers. The Xindi, new to the galactic stage are also eager to forge their own path.
The K-4 Ravager heavy support cruiser entered service alongside the D-5, and the two share many similarities. With its firepower and utilitarian abilities, the Ravager provides heavy fire support and keeps the Klingon fleet fighting.
In space, as in person, the Klingons prefer to fight at close quarters, rapidly closing the distance and engaging the enemy with point blank strafing runs. These bold and aggressive tactics have proven devastatingly effective in the Klingons' skirmishes with the fledgling Federation.
Looks amazing guys! In the far view to the left, is that the Ares Battle Cruiser? Not sure if that's how you spell it.
It is indeed an Ares-class starship.
Due to the time-frame does that mean it'll be a cruiser? Or would it be a capital? Or do you guys not have the ship-classification system done just yet?
Being Starfleet's answer to the Klingons' D-6, and a relatively recent addition to the fleet, the Ares will be a capital ship.
