A major modification for The Titans and Extended Edition with the intent of expanding the game with new units, technologies, features, fixes, and much more.

Expanded Mod Version 2.8 for Extended Edition refer to /docs/ folder contained in expanded mod core for complete list of changes from prev. versions and 1.3 to 2.0. Not compatible with disk/Titans. Delete any preexisting Expanded Mod folders, then extract the contents of the archive into your /steamapps/common/age of mythology/mods folder.

- Oxybeles now cost 100w, 75g, have 80 HP. No longer deal bonus damage vs archers, infantry, or cavalry archers. Deals x0.7 damage vs melee cavalry now. Decreased bonus vs ships from 10 to 7.5. Decreased Bonus vs Siege Weapons from 12 to 9. Now trained in 18 seconds, and takes up 2 population.
- Battering Ram splash damage decreased to 3.0, and now actually works.
NORSE
- Fixed Stone Thrower Blast Damage, and decreased their minimum range. However they now cost 200w, 200g, have 20 range, 22 LOS, deal 9 pierce damage in a 4m radius and only throw 9 projectiles. Increased projectile speed.

GENERAL
- Test: Houses (and Manors) no longer have build limits, but have had their population counts and costs dropped by half, and have half hitpoints.
- Theocracy no longer affects Shrines (and etc)
- Shrines no longer usable in Supremacy games, and have been replaced with suitable replacements for remaining civs that didn't already have alternatives.
- Herdables are now trainable without requiring Husbandry.
- All Mounted Archers now have a turn rate of 12 (Chariot Archers and Essedari have 9)
- Pickers Gloves now affects gather rates for all wild crops instead of just Berry Bushes, Orange Trees and Date Palms. Now just costs 75 wood.
- Hunting Dogs now increases villager attack bonuses vs huntables by 50%.
- All Scout Cavalry units get 12 turnrate.
- Added Mercenary Legionairy (partially reuses the old Legionarius textures) to some random maps (Megalopolis, No Rush, Alfheim)
ATLANTEAN
- Wartime Hospitality now increases Manor population by +5 instead of +4.

- Added the Longhouse (not to be confused with the former name for the Norse Barracks) which is effectively a combination of the Shrine that can train Ox Carts as well as research economic technologies.
