For AXP 1 - Trianon, a new HED building is expected to replace the one meant for Western European factions.

A bit to big in my opinion. But model is good ;)
It IS meant to be big, because that's where the big boys like the French Char B1 or the German Tiger tank lines are based! but yeah, units do look a tad small - but only because they aren't in proportion with buildings (they are larger than IRL).
The building is too large as it's clipping into the roads. Give it some extra tiles if you want to keep it that size. More tiles would also be good for balancing considering how land management is also part of the strategy. Finally, please make sure that it doesn't clash with other buildings, as it is in this screenshot.
The reason why it's clipping into the roads really isn't the building's fault. It's because it's been built into the slope, so it seems to be clipping in.
