That sounds interesting. Ryder25 had made 4 scripts for 3ds max to use RoN's files, but It's hard to use the export function. Did you try that scripts?
I have tried his scripts. So far they work for units with only one ammo node and one rotation node, alas. So while it's ideal for melee units, the same cannot be said for stuff like multi-turret battleships =(

Not yet, but I do have the Blender plugins on hand. The issue now is whether they work, right now I am inserting bones into Senor Polikarpoff.
