========= Details ==============
It's the second part of the " Scorched Earth" saga.
It's a large quest designed for a solo experience, so leave your companions in a safe place before you proceed.
The quest will automatically start when you are anywhere OUTSIDE, just wait a few seconds!
DO NOT ACTIVATE AQFH 2 UNTIL YOU FINISHED AQFH 1!!!
Although AQFH mods are stand alone, activating both of them could create confusion.
They are designed to be played in order, to better understand the story.

======== Install ===============
1. Extract the files from the archive directly into your Fallout 3 folder
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the AQFH2.esp fileor use FOMM, it's much safer to manage the plugins
======= Un-Install =============
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the AQFH2.esp file
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod ( aqfh2) or again, use FOMM!
====== Compatibility ==========
Only one minor incompatibility so far
If you use this Megaton House mod (http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1434), the first meeting with "H" for some reason happens sometimes in your house basement, instead of where it should take place.But after that, the rest of the mod proceeds as intended, so no big deal.
Beware...if you have activated ANY kind of mod who spawn extra monsters…you will have serious problems in terms of difficulty, you have been warned :)
SPECIAL NOTE - It seems that FO3 have a nasty behavior with the auto save feature enabled.So is better to turn off ALL the auto save features

It seems that despite the fact that many times I almost believed that the stories from the Wasteland are dead… one story is still stuck in my life.
Old mysteries of the Wasteland don’t die so easily…
“The Iron Dream – Last Light” is returning to life after so many difficult years.
A lot of levels are finished but there are plenty to do and frankly I will be in a dire need for some help.
Modelers, animators and proof readers are most welcomed… if someone is willing to embark in a difficult journey with me now is the moment.

A patch correcting some small issues, script errors and more.
These are in game video sequences, to improve game play experience. They are entirely optional, the quest could function very well without them.
Post-apocalyptic wasteland. So much knowledge, so many secrets, all lost...burnt down to ashes, or lost to time, forgotten. But one of them refuses to...
BUG WARNING :
At the ventilation post, after you talk to Gabriel you are supposed to explore the Historian base and get the Quantum notes from console 3. If however, you decide to exit the cell and talk to him again without the notes he will act as if you already got the notes. If will soft lock the quest. getting the Console 3 notes and escape the Historian base suppose to complete the quest dark secret but it won't advance to the next stage.
Also the door Mighty Mo unlock for you after you disable plasma generator cannot be walkthrough despite opened, there is an invisible wall there.The one right after the tripwire with Halo gas.Exit the game and reload solve the issue

It's easily my favorite mod trilogy and I wanted to revisit it to give it the proper treatment it deserved. I have to admit, my original walkthrough was terrible quality. Many thanks Andromeda and Firelady (may you rest in peace) for the amazing work in putting this altogether. It has really set the bar high for many games I play today...
People will probably think I'm making this up but I was actually listening to "Wish you were here" when I read the note "Lost" (which has the lyrics to the song in question.
Hi,
Been playing through with very few problems but and now at the Historian's base and the Historian Avatar RoboBrain doesn't talk to me. I have tried reloading multiple times from different saves but its always the same. I didn't have any issues with the previous robots. If anyone has a fix or workaround i would be very grateful as i cannot progress any further as it stands.

I just finished AQFH2 and have to say I was very pleased with the mod. Excellent story and gameplay. I have 2 minor negatives with the mod: too much ammo such as plasma grenades too many health items (stimpaks etc--I finished the game with nearly 500 unused stimpaks) and it would have been really nice to have some voice acting. Overall the mod is very polished and very professional.

I am playing AQFH2 and have reached HV5 but I cannot get in as it says I need a key to unlock the door, I have been back and searched ther academy but I cannot find one.
I have the Strange Trinket which I know is used to unlock the door behind the unit after I get in and I have a Vault Security Device but I cannot unlock the door. Can someone help me please
I keep crashing trying to enter the historian's place. Help
Installed this after AQFH1 and it removed the weapons I picked up there (pulse rifle and experimental minigun). Is that normal or a bug on my end?
