Better game pacing is reached by reducing XP rewards for combat, lockpicking and hacking, thus focusing the big XP gains on doing quests. I felt that fallout3, especially on the high difficulty settings, punishes you for exploring by upping your level way too fast. consequently you could only see about 1/10th of the game before hitting the level cap and having only top-of-the-line enemies and gameplay that stops developping. Now this takes a lot longer, and you get to explore more and be introduced to better items and enemies at a better pace that matches the size of the game.

Does this also influence the amount of Stimpacs and Ammo?
I personally felt, this were the main issues with the Game.
When I didn't have anything good for sale (like drugs or so) I just sold my Flamerfuel and made a fortune out of it. So basically since my first arrival to Megaton I never had any Problems with health or caps.
And yeah, it sucks to be at level cap before even starting the mainquest and even then, the mainquest was lame (alright, I used the Alienblaster for the endgame.....no fun in killing enclave troopers without a reward).
Gonna download this asap.

I am going to say what i always say to those jerks, who are just jerks, and do not contribute with any ideas at all (FelipeFR)
If you dont like the mod, then keep i for yourself, or just write something like. I do not like the mod on these and that point. Instead of insulting the maker of the mod, because he did something for himself that he was so kind to release. So others could have the pleasure of playing.

Why a level increasing mod when you are allready near invincible at level 12? If you want a game that is easy and can be finished in 4 hours, get Modern Warfare 2 or something. The idea is not that you play Fallout 3 for 4-6 hours everyday, but to make it last more weeks...

This mod, along with other level slowing mods has been known to be responsible for freezes on the level up screen.

I think this may just be a problem with Broken Steel as it worked flawlessly for me till I got that DLC but I've seen the problem documented in other places and have tested it myself. Also, if you stop using it after using it for a really long time, you will get several level up's in a row.
