This includes: characters, locations, weapons etc. from The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Silmarillion and other works by Tolkien and media made for his universe.

Absolutely stunning! The attention to detail within every nook-and-cranny is almost asinine! I remember my first time seeing the Easternling of Rhûn. Watching LOTR when I was young, I fell in love with their wonderful, imposing design instantly. These models instill within me the same level of awe and childish hype as that time!
Out of curiosity, will the Easternlings be split up into different fiefdoms like G.R.I.M.? Also, based on a temporary, brainstormed unit tree, where would the units above lie? I'm guessing the higher-end spectrum, but one never knows. Keep up the great work!
P.S. The Sketchfab model doesn't render the Easternling's gloves*

Yes, Easterlings will be split into fiefdoms as well. We are going to try and convert the clan system from Bannerlord into fiefdoms. All factions will have fiefdoms(except some that are really small, which will only have a single fiefdom, like Imladris). The unique troops Rhun will get from fiefdoms hasn't been explored yet, above will be the mainline elite.
These above will likely be the top of their tree, tier 7, equivalent to the Gondorians from the movies.

The angle does make it look small, but it might be a bit small in general.
When adding weapons to the render I just eyeball it, so weapon/shield sizes are not final.
