The Banner she has is already in-game. You can choose it yourself. It's just the standard Targaryen banner.

every time when i get into Daenerys's throne room a few seconds later game crashes is there a way to fix this?
Same. First time, it was around Barristan Selmy. Then Daario Naharis. Then Rakharo. It is impossible to get to Daenarys!
How do you get there?
Is there any reward to the quest to see her or is it literally just to see her? As cool as it is I'd rather keep the 8000 or so coin I had to pay for the ship if there's no gain :P
