i think it is just meant to represent a time somewhere around the 3rd/4th books if i remember correctly. Inbetween when she escaped after Jaqen kills the 3 people, and when she goes away (wont be detailed incase it is a spoiler for you. youll get it if youve read that part when she "leaves" :P )

Umm... No this is when they travel with Yoren and the nights watch. This mod is called clash of kings for a reason - It starts with the book "A clash of kings". With Neds death and Tyrions arrival to kings landing to be precise.
