Unsullied would suggest so, yes
And there is only one city with a city guard of Unsullied which is Qohor
It's probably just another camp. Look at the tied guy. Or could be one of the Slaver's Bay cities
Centaurs? Is this canon? I'm confused, I don't remember any mention of centaurs ever
