Imagine a world where the Allies didn't win the war, nor did the Axis. Instead, the war just continued on and on in an unsteady stalemate. Welcome, to the world of 1949. In this world Germany decided not to bomb London, but instead continued its attacks on Britain's airfields. Then, the Russians lost at Kursk. Finally, D-Day fails. With these victories, Germany has managed to halt the Allie's progress. In the Western Theatre, the Allies and the Axis each plan the invasion of the other's vital territories. In the Pacific, Japan and the United States are dueling over tiny islands with giant fleets and atomic weapons. Now, the stalemate is about to be broken. Germany is preparing an all out invasion of Britain. As tough and valiant as the Allied troops defending the Sceptered Isle are, some of their leaders are beginning to that they will be unable to hold against the Wehrmacht.
Since 1943, the Ostheer has been holding its ground against the Russian hordes. Given that the war in the East is largely defensive in nature, it comes as no surprise that the German troops involved in it are as well. These men can build trenches to defend vital parts of the battlefield. Obviously, they are a part of the Ostheer Division's support.
The base unit was created by Derwin23, and altered by me.
Give them the correct helmet type 45 same as the East German Volksarmee, when the war lasted longer also the K98 Carbine were diappeared in 45 and most troops were equippt with automatic Weapon like StG44 because its easy to produce .
Not even remotely true.
These men use the weapons by choice, mainly because the STG-44 is difficult to use at very long range. Furthermore, the STG-44 is actually quite expensive to manufacture.
Additionally, these men are not being given the best or most modern equipment. Most of the best equipment goes to the Panzer Elite, hence why the E-series is a key part of my plan to include the PE.
