Nope, that is definitely the Luna Wolves. They, being the Warmaster's own Legion, got their suits of Terminator armor early!

Hell, I'm pretty sure the Death Star is big enough for a direct hit with a Nova Cannon. Have fun sitting there halfway across the system while your doom approaches in cannon form, Death Star!

Questioning the Inquisitor? HERESY!

Aye, look like Contemptor-pattern dreads. And Stormbirds were, in fact, huge. Closer to bulk landers than quick-deployment vessels like the Thunderhawk, but still fast, agile, and durable. Masterpieces of engineering in the Horus Heresy novels.

Nope, even he got stonewalled before entering. The Emperor had to go to HIM on his flagship, remember?

It's because of the mind-affecting power of the warp. They don't really see the daemonette, as it were; they see the most beautiful thing they can imagine in its place instead of its actual form. Then they try to touch it and it kills them in horrible ways. Other times they see the plain daemonette, but think it is the most beautiful thing ever anyway because the warp is twisting their thoughts. That's Chaos for you though.

Gonna go with Exalted here, definitely looks Nurglish. I see rivulets of pus and bile and infected blood aplenty, as well as a sickly green color scheme on that armor.

Well, not to be easy on her books or anything, but by pretty much any moral standard the things Halsey has done are pretty f***ed up. Wether or not they could be considered psychotically so is probably more a subjective judgement. As for the GoW books? Yeah, that's messed the hell up any way you slice it. I'm right with you on that one.

Actually the Imperator is around 150 meters in height (Around 400 feet). It is large enough to literally stomp Warhound titans under its feet.

Zoraste - - 47 comments @ Titan

No, he is right. It is a Warlord. The shoulder-mounted Turbolasers and head near the top of the chassis give it away. Imperators have a fortress worth of lesser weaponry on their top bastions and the head is lower, about level with the arm weapons.

I think he means strictly Star Wars-related mods, but even if he doesn't, this one is right up there anyway.

Well, you can KIND of do that with a normal fleet by putting a vanguard unit in, then jumping in only the units you want. Then jumping in the rest when they try to flee. As for Death Squadron? NEVER try to tell Vader how to run his fleet. Seriously, it is a terrible, terrible idea. He finds your lack of faith disturbing.

Too many lasers?... I don't understand the concept. Is there even a way to have such a thing? I THINK NOT! But yeah, a fantastic model.

Yeah, and switching compatibility modes. Then it just tells me "Cannot find requested file" when I click on the launch options. I'll try another clean install though...

1.1 still doesn't work on Windows 7. Any advice on a fix would be greatly appreciated. Please don't just post "It works on my Windows 7", those comments are less than useless. I keep getting a "You have encountered a serious error" on launch. It's extremely disheartening, since I love this mod.

It does work with TFD, but if you have Windows 7, a lot of us are having problems launching Shockwave with it. I think most of us with that issue are just waiting for 1.1 to resolve the problem.

No, it doesn't, since that would be unbalanced as all hell. But they are pretty much undetectable until it's too late without blanketing the area in defenses or constantly monitoring for them.

I think he means the ground Acclamators. They aren't invisible, they just fly really, REALLY high. You have to zoom all the way out to see them. And yeah, they pretty much dominate all except a massive fighter garrison.

Zoraste - - 47 comments @ Capital Ship Defenses

Actually, I did also wonder about the smaller anti-fighter vessels, like the Tartan and Corellian Corvette, using the same graphic as the capital ship turbolaser. It seems, well... Huge, compared to the vessels firing them, especially since said ships and others that use those types of weapons are tiny in this mod.

Perhaps reduce the size of the projectiles fired by those vessels and point defense turrets on capital ships, or if that isn't possible, simply change them to the smaller laser graphic originally used for blaster cannons? The mix of projectile sizes could lend some even more striking visuals to large-scale battles, as well has help to pick out areas to avoid sending your fighters in a wide battlefield with ships and shots all over the place.

This is purely a cosmetic suggestion, so if you decide you don't have time or it would be not worth the effort don't worry about it, it's still great.

Excellent to hear, Patton. I look forward to playing the next release of the mod. Also: by the FORCE that is a lot of troopers in a Juggernaut, but hey, they aren't called Juggernauts for nothing. Especially glad to see that Stormtroopers and AT-STs are getting their proper weapon loadouts, and that Acclamators at least are being excluded from raiding. Heh, I have this slim hope that change was related to one of my suggestions. But yes, great work, hope to see more.

Got it. Yeah, I was a little concerned at first when cap ships were slaying fighters left and right, it seemed a little imbalanced, but then I remembered playing in the simulator in X-Wing Alliance... and flying close to a Star Destroyer... and getting ANNIHILATED under a withering hail of point defense fire. So yeah, fairly accurate.

Just to be clear, the Red Zone represents where such things as point defense lasers and such are targeting, correct?
