Who have trouble reloading the m4 in spetsnaz and want to synchronize it:
Battlefield 2 / mods / SOW2 / Objects_server / Weapons / handheld / usrif_m4_cqb and opens the USRIF_M4_cqb.tweak file and edit the line ObjectTemplate.ammo.reloadTime 4.7 to 2.5.
