New lighting for all maps

knowable bugs:
Bugged reloand sounds/too slow reloand/some 3p sounds (fix is comming soon)
AUG A3/aks74u have no 3p animations
bots can't properly use AC130

backstab/cold front bot support is not done so it's not uploaded

Only feedback, critism and suggestion can help us to make mod better.lots of weapons are removed or added new, but overal this tutorial should help.
if mod crash, run in windowed mode and post crash massage here.
