Allied Intent Xtended is the most feature rich single player experience there is for BF2. Building upon the great Allied Intent Mod, AIX aims to deliver an amazing array of content which is 100% bot compatible for use in single player and coop gamemodes. With a sea of multiplayer only or partial sp mods out there, AIX's main focus has always been about creating the best experience for SP that we possibly could. It's important to note that while AIX can be played in a multiplayer environment, the nature of this mod will make the conquest MP game modes unfairly balanced as things are created with bots in mind!

T-minus a day and counting until AIX 2.0 is out for everyone! In the mean time, we humbly invite server owners to get the server files now so you can be ready for the players come the big release! The server files come in at 191mb and we have plenty of mirrors to choose from to ensure you get the fastest download!
To those many sneaky gamers who found the secret "Shhhh...." pre-release page on Monday, we applaud your sleuthy ways and are delighted at the early super positive feedback on 2.0! It's been a long time in the making and we are confident you will experience a more fun and immersive experience with better bots, mod performance and all round gameplay! Stay tuned for the big release of the client files SOON!

I'm looking forward to saturday! Pity I'm gonna have to play the 1.0 version today with my brother (he has no internet, but 3 gaming rigs in LAN, so AIX co-op ROX!), if only I had it today :'(

Edit: what bot ratio should I use to 50%-50% on each team (for when my brother and I are in the opposite teams)?

Whoohoo I played it, it's REALLY great... Love the modelling on the hind and the berkut is also awesome! Also great that you balanced it a bit
(like the berkut, it has awful deadly weapons but is a bit tougher to handle)... Me and my bro had a really great time thanx to AIX!!!
EDIT: That chopper with the heavy machine gun and "dumb" rockets available to the pilot, that really allows for some nice solo-ing!
And he... well he will not play vanilla BF2 for the oncoming months I think :P
