1 should definitely be in the game, but not as a shotgun...unless you want to have two types of shotgun. If you do put in two shotguns, have 3 be the fully automatic shotgun and 1 be the pump action shotgun.

HAARP isn't a weapon though... Anyone who thinks it is is probably retarded. It uses a metric fucton of antennas to bounce radio waves off of the ionosphere. The reason why people think it's a weapon is because sometimes, while being used, it makes an aurora. It's no more a weapon than your car's radio antenna being a weapon.
