There is more but I'm not connected to internets and I'm doing this on my phone,but I have a great comp so I don't understand this am running 9gig DDR3 memory @1667 MHz,ATI radeon 5970 2gigs DDR5,i7920 3.2ghz(overclicked),and 750 gig hdd any help? It would be great,oh and I'm running win7 x64 premium

Is there a way to re-enable upgrades? Plz its the main reason i love this game,i know it knocks down some of the balance but it makes it fun for me =D
