Put this in your server config to turn on infection.

Just a warning there are bugs with the infection on.

Sounds like a hardware problem, upgrade may be necessary.

In mp your pc only receives basic information form the other players and the workload is spread across all pc's playing on that server at the time.

With pezbots a single pc has to do all the calculations involved with all the bots, including controlling them, this creates a huge workload for the system, on older systems the gpu and cpu can not process the information fast enough and causes lag.

Post your system specs to help answer this.

If you changed your command line to play the bots change it back to default that should fix it.

should be something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\CoDWaWmp.exe"

To play on our server just start mp normally and join, you should not start with the mod command line.

If you want to play on a dedicated server try ours
We are using the KP sound edition with 18 bots.

Are you trying to run this on a dedicated server or host on your own machine?

More than likely it is a problem with your command line in either case.
Read the installation read me file, and follow it.

The maps go in your cod4 directory in the usermaps folder.

Then your command line should look something like this
+set fs_savepath c:(your gamepath goes here) +set net_ip (yours) +set net_port 28960 +set dedicated 1 +set ui_maxclients 64 +set sv_maxclients 64 +set fs_game Mods/rotu2beta +exec server.cfg +set sv_punkbuster 0 +map_rotate

Game needs to be updated to 1.7

I had to back it down to 18 for some lag issues on our other servers.

The automation is done with fire daemon and a simple script server side.

Just threw it up on our server after a server move.

Excellent sound mod with awesome bot mod makes for killer server.

Still waiting for gannondorf to make it more compatible with a dedi so I can stop restarting the server after every map :P jk super mod even better now.

Hey Bipo Love the mod keep up the good work.

Are all of the dvars included in the config cant seem to get anyone to turn into a zombie on our server.

The new classes are better balanced in the new version if you apply your skill points.
Didn't like the new weapon upgrade system so on our server we are using the old style.
Most of the old maps do work but there are problems with the zombies glitching through walls, floors, midair etc.

Overall much improved over last version.

Hey Gannondorf are there any plans to make this mod more compatible with a dedicated server. Restarting the server after every map is a pain to say the least. Figured out a way to automate it so not as bad now.

Love the mod awaiting next release.
