Let me reply to what I can :

1. Yes, stalker graphics were always good, but SOC graphics are too old. We just updated them a bit to look like CS or COP and I think we have exceeded it. You havent seen the half of the new render yet ;)

4. If we can I guess we would like to, as well as the new LA SDK

5. It will be released as soon as it is ready and not a moment before.

Gsc never asked us to change anything except to add more hints for new players to the game because we develop LA from seasoned stalker players perspective I guess.

Once LA is releasef the misery guys can mod it til their hearts content just like anyone else. We arent too concerned with texture packs and weapons.

I dont play any games at the moment. All my free time that I can spare without my wife shouting at me, I spend on LA :)
Back in the day when I bought Metro 2033 and joined steam to activate, when I activated it started downloading quite a few megs which cost alot of money to do in South Africa at the time, so I just quit the net, put it in its box and its been there ever since :) now the net here is alot cheaper (which is a good thing because we can share up to 5gigs on some months on dropbox for LA ) so I`m sure I will play it one day.
