NVidia card, text on doors/walls keep flickering all the time. Any fixes?

Overhaul mod, is my fav. Seems liek this one would be my choice :) But, man, please... grenade explosion aint gonna produce so much fire. It would be just a short flash and a cloud of smoke.

impressive.. but severally crashes are confusing. especially the one ocused just after the game starts. and in 12.10.1955 22:00 while i try to transform delorean to flying(press num_4 or num_6) game freezes((
