As for the Building the right idea could be the Maschio (or Mastio) Angioino, a castle built by the french in the 13th century (after the Battle of Benevento) but whose famous white marble façade was built by order of Alphonse of Aragona.
it's probably the most interesting renaissance building in the whole city.

Amazing as ever, there is 1 error though: siena supported the pope (for most of its history) , while the ghibellines were the supporters of the emperor so they were Guelfs.

I Agree, the biggest flaw in Many LOTR mods is the map, i hope you'll use the original one as a model. Another problem could also be the lack of settlements, i hope you will find a solution to both.
