Why do I start with 20 men and terrible morale? Is something glitched?

i'm given with ce_put_troop_encumbrance when im going in and out of battles and stuff, is this a known problem?

people know it wasn't going to be released 10 days from that announcement date, but there's 0 point in asking about a 10 day delay if the initial release date wouldn't be for months.

it's become very obvious that the feb 1 vote was just a way to build hype, there is no other point in asking about a 10 delay when 2 months later it still isnt released

I check back every month or so to this mod, and I love to see that you're still working on it. This is the only thing I have the game still installed for. Is there any release date, specifically? Apologies if this has already been asked & answered.
