Just your day to day Strategy and FPS player with a sense of humor and independence. I'm also the in-field Commander of the casual clan JSSG. These days I mostly fiddle around with Warhammer 40K stuff, read up on Lovecraft and Tolkien, and try to build a personal physical archive of enjoyable movies and TV series. I'm making a living of being a radio board operator and station engineer. If you see a "Vadronus Prime" running around, that's my alternate gamer-tag. (Long version of Vader91 really) The Free Voice from Vegas Itself!
MOTR is still progressing, slowly. The complexity of that game means it will have a very slow beginning, but after some "base units" are down, it should speed up.
Any who, in the meanwhile, I am designing a simpler game. Also, it's not a war game (except for one card ;) ) but rather is an "out-due your opponent" game.
So, I present to you, A NEW EXODUS. A game based on the colonization of Mars. You and your opponent(s) try to make large, thriving civilizations that can support the most people. However, you need to manage resources and handle the elements (asteroids, dust/electrical storms, radiation, all that fun stuff) to survive. You can call for help from Earth, but it takes quite some time to arrive, assuming it arrives at all.
So, all-in-all, another game concept by myself. This pic is just a cool one that I found on Google that displays the basic idea of the game. I show this because not too much is physical show-able yet (the board is roughly 60% done, and a rough draft of the rules is in the works).
I shall try and keep updating here!
Very cool concept art. I like it. Game sounds fun too. :)
