NVM, I made it work with GZDoom instead. For some reason Zandronum doesn't want to play it?

I installed the installer of Zandronum. I ran the installer and it installed in my Program Files x86, so I redirected there and placed brutalv20.pk3 there. I dragged brutalv20.pk3 to Zandronum.exe and it launched it. It has some stuff, but not any gore or anything.
PS: If you want, I can make a video on how I did it and how it looks.
All the blood looks the same; either I have installed something wrong or its a glitch. There are no bloodpools, no gore, no nothing?
I know it's hard to wait longer, but would you rather play a buggy brutal doom or a complete finished game? Give him a break too.

Toybox is no longer on steam version. In the newest Gmod 13 update, they removed toybox and now they have a workshop. I miss the toybox though and this free download for gmod 9 is awesome.
