Ok, I started a new game and now it seems to be working.
Sorry for the trouble.
I am already using that exact same executable, right from the beginning of the game.
Hey, I have some Bugs with Vice Cry, which I couldn't reproduce in Vanilla Vice City.
Here are some screenshots.
I can't use any of the garages, I wasn't able to save a single car to a garage, they simply would not open.
And if I try to save in Downtown my game crashes a few seconds after saving there.
The only way to get to the top of the building (to get the Maverick) is by going in with a bicycle, otherwise the game would crash.
Furthermore, I can't see any Pay'n'Spray or Ammu-Nations on my map.
Any Ideas for a fix? I'm just using Vice Cry (no other mods) and the exe to get the uncut version, because I have the german version of the game.

What really bugs me is the end of chamber 9...
In the original Portal the elevator wouldn't be there from the beginning because GlaDoS said that the test is impossible...
Since in Portal 2 the elevator always arrives just in the moment when you finish the puzzle this small detail would get lost.
In my opinion you could just let the elevator arrive a few seconds later than normally (if that's possible)
Anyway I enjoyed the demo!
