Not sure if reported yet, but I noticed that there is a "INVALID_ITEM" when doing sparring practice causing the people you're training up to have no actual weapon equipped (well, it has no model but it is a weapon).

Yeah, Dwarfs are hostile with Vamps from the start. They were a pain in the *** in the beginning since the lords seem to be everywhere I go. How to deal with factions attacking you like that is to make peace with them by paying a lord, or joining a faction as a merc to reset relations. And the Vamp Counts don't start off at war with the dwarves, so they wont help you out in battle if caught by a dwarven party.

Yeah, I figured it out after finally taking over the High Elves. You do get patrols from towns for your player faction. Only issue now is the Defenders of Ulthuan keeps spawning in, and I can't make peace with the High Elves due to the fact that they are "destroyed". So gotta babysit villages until I have lords to take over the villages.

Thank you for your time to respond! I do have a question though, and that is what does create the patrols? I've been constantly running back and forth to protect my village from High Elf lords that constantly try to raid it and end up escaping. Would I have to get a town in order to have patrols or would a castle suffice? Only parties I've had are the foragers and they end up being caught by desert bandits, as I seen their prisoner pool is filled with Sylvanian units to indicate this.

I started to play this mod again, and boi I am having fun as a Vampire starting up my own undead faction up in Araby territory. I do have a bug to report though. I own Tanis (taken from Pirates) as well as its village Argigil. But it seems like the villagers that are sent out are Sultanate of Araby instead of my own faction. But when they leave Martek they are my own faction's. Also after building "The Watch" in the village, there had been an increased amount of patrols. Yet they aren't my own, they are Araby-controlled. Unless the Watch doesn't spawn in patrols, then it is my bad on misunderstanding on what the improvement does. Anyways, it is still a great mod.

Found a weird bug, I encountered my character as a NPC in a tournament. She didn't do anything except for stand there and get knocked out. I was using the freelancer function on the Hakkon ruler when this occurred.

Are you playing on v3.0.2? Yeah Cathars can be hard to beat early game in that version in villages, but you can manipulate the AI's pathfinding to your advantage. Also in v4.0 there shouldn't be any Cathars infesting villages now.

V4.0 has a September 1st deadline, and it will be worth the wait.

If I remember correctly, saves from 3.0.2 won't be compatible with the upcoming 4.0.
