Actually I do. Minimize, you have and had no such resources. Keep it simple or I will for you... Lol, I sound mean ura!

What do you mean "no such resources"?

*coughs slightly* NSO *coughs slightly*

Not only that, but I don't need resources, rather knowledge. I mean, if you allow others to build huge fannon ships with stealth and whatever, but you have a problem with me creating 4 advanced cyborgs, then I call fail :P. The cyborgs would actually be cheaper then building a capital ship. So yeah...

I'm talking research and the near impossibility to place that much highly advanced hardware in such a tiny spot and NSO what? I thought you left the Darjetii for your floating kingdom which effectively severs your connection to material and even when you were leader of the Neo-Darjetii it would be a difficult feat to construct your cybernetic objects during Cold War Crisis and other things you had to do while you were in charge.

You cannot create something out of thin air, one more is all I am going to allow and once again, minimize.

What advanced tech? The stealth tech can be placed on a singular armband as shown in Kotor, implants can be taken on and off oneself (meaning they would be small) as shown in kotor, and the AI system is simply an advanced version of an implant. I honestly don't see how I am overdoing it in this one (or on the others, for that matter).

I have made clear weaknesses to make things fair and balanced, yet you still have a problem? *sighs*

Btw: Praxis and I have an agreement on this project. Just ask him >.<.

Minimize? Minimize what...?

You wish to say that an AI being able to connect and download information from the holonet is not too much? I mean minimize as in make it simpler. Look at the pros and cons, more pros then cons.

EDIT: Disregard comment.

Well, considering the cons is complete lack of combat skills and no ranged weapons at all, this leaves a HUGE weakness in it's ability to fight back.

Of course it is not to much, considering the AI is dedicated to one particular function xD.

Awsome.
I don't see the big deal except that make it take time before he can use them. I mean it took us a couple of months to have the spartans and he has this in 1 day.

That's all :)

Actually, the experiments themselves date back to the time the NGR were on Mustafar (in 2011 xD). It is entirely plausible that they were created sometime from then to now.

I'll leave that to the GMs to decide though.

Ok... now the Scythe thing, is sort of been my deal since I became a Grey Jedi, and still is my thing... but this is pretty cool so I'll let it go for now I guess. :)

@Ori: Ten is my Adviser and Ally, and yes we did decide on a partnership on this project, so any funding he can't raise on his own he get's from me. We've made necessary spending cuts and other changes so we can fund a military build-up and fund projects such as these. As for our creations and whether you approve them is up to you of course. If you feel they are too "uber" then we'll make the necessary changes.

Yeah yeah yeah, Scythes are cool. Plus, that would be like me copyrighting blaster pistols cause I used them first xD.

Description

(Former) Name: UNKNOWN
Designation: Null
Function: Assassin/Enforcer.

History: Not much is known about the Cyborg designated Null. It is known, however, that Null was a Force User, thought to be a Jedi, captured during the Sith Golden Age. How this Jedi ended up on the Citadel or in the hands of Lord Kairn in the first place is, as of yet, unknown. What can be said is that Null is a very deadly assassin, and can also use the Force. It is thought that Null isn't as changed as the other Cyborgs, and that it still retains some features of it's previous life (physical features). No one knows, though, because Null always wears a long robe and hood, covering every part of the body. The only one who has ever looked under it to see the "true" Null is Kairn himself.

Changes: Null has many implants that effect both mental and physical capabilities. Thanks to the Force and an implant that improves reflexes and strenght, Null is very fast and uses acrobatics like nothing ever seen before. Null is also equiped with a personal stealth device, though rarely uses it thanks to it's Force Powers. Null is known to use the Force Powers "Shadow Armor", "Cloak of Shadow" and "Shadow Vision" to great effect, powers previously thought lost until very recently.

Why Null is armed with a large Force Sythe and uses the previously mentionned abilities is a mystery, though some rumors indicate Kairn finds it rather poetic and that he wants to make others fall in fear, and that he delibratly made Null look and act as if it was Death itself.

Pros:
Expert in Stealth, whether technological or using the Force.
Expert in tracking others down, no matter where they are.
Advanced AI system, directly connected to the Holonet and Citadel Databanks for constant and updated infomation on the target.
Inspires great fear into whoever sees it.
Can evolve (better then any of the other cyborgs)
100% loyal to Kairn.

Cons:
Useless in direct combat.
No range capabilities.
