I started playing mod and it's a blast honestly for any TES fan.
However, I have some major issues I wanted to give feedback on. I played many TW games, and many Med2 mods, so have some experience as a user (and a bit as a modder of TW Call of Warhammer). Been playing Indoril and Redoran so far and the major issue is economy. In the main Septim campaign, each unit you have has 200+ upkeep, with cities producing 600 income at best. It's simply not feasible sustaining even a single stack, while AI roams the lands with several. Granted, if I disband most armies and focus sloooowly on building my lands, I might get somewhere. But it'd take away from fun of exploring the world and doing missions - which are the true gem of this mod. Mines in major mining towns like Caldera and Gnisis giving +80 income is a joke; I understand that balancing is very hard, but this really needs to be addressed imo. I just ended up using cheats((
Also, I've done one dungeon mission and after the battle got only some 3k and a unit of mages - how often do you get artifacts and such after these missions?
And the last bit of feedback - maybe you can consider changing recruitment levels for rare AOR troops like Dawnguard to make them available earlier, as many of these settlements are very low level and it takes much time to recruit said unique units.

Great Beasts do not look like something that would live in the mountains, even less so in the caves - so I'm not convinced they fit with Moria thematically. I understand the need for unit variety, but why not make a heavier Moria troll for example?

does it have any warning pictograph like that of an Earthshaker? I honestly didn't have the time to see and prepare, it totally came out of the blue ( it's impossible to play on defensive and on fortified positions when playing against Sisters

I really enjoy the latest version of this great mod, however, one question to the team - don't you think Sisters' Exorcist is enormously op?
I was distracted for a couple of seconds, then - blam! - all 4 of my Wraithlords neatly parked in the rear were gone to a single volley from 1 exorcist ((

that's not just my opinion, that's the voice of reason. Could you give any logical and constructive reason for teh Goats to be in the army list? Diversity? God, Dwarves having almost ZERO cavalry (chariots is your 'almost') is what makes them diverse. Having Goat riders is nothing more than 'Wow, it looks supar cool, yeahhh', and it is silly from the lore and physical points of view.
Having Goats in the movie, btw, destroys one of the best Hobbit moments, when tired and covered in dust heavy infantry of Dain charge their enemies.
I'm fine with most PJ addition, but this is just plain silly

Ofc, it's Edain team's mod, they could do as they wish, I never ever demanded smth
