I have found what causes the green light, there is an error (or maybe intentional) in the file light_night.ltx
omni_color = 0.0,1.0,1.0,0.1 *this 0.0 value causes green light
omni_color = 1.0,1.0,1.0,0.1 *fixed to get a white light

Installed COP Polish version, Installed Your mod, Put everything to MAX details,quality etc, have stable 140fps+ and no crashes :)
