This mod is an overhaul from Napoleonic era to World War 1 era and does a bloody good job at it. It looks like a game on its own. You can seriously see and experience all the hard work put into it, I mean seriously just the textures of the weapons even the pistols used by officers are astonishing! You can also see that a ton of research has been conducted and put behind this mod, from uniforms to rifles, artillery and vehicles. Of course its not without its bugs (that were patched quite a while ago) that aren't that big of a deal besides some big ones. Besides every game and especially mods have their bugs and problems so it is to be expected. Yes I know this review is 3 years late but I have to write this, I don't review that often, so to make me review, you've got to make something absolutely bloody extravagant. Concluding (I keep on recommending and praising this mod but really, what can I do) this game is so amazing, it's worth to buy Napoleon: Total War just for this. A big thank you to The Great War Dev Team, for all your hard work that you put into this mod and I hope you keep on kicking ***!
