Is this mod even active anymore or this mod is a dud?

Well there is no offline list, not even that. ASide fromt hat the is the standard they are in the list if they come online. Just found it weird that they dont even show offline. But a big deal but just weird :P.

Um quick question, remember in the normal thq thing where your friend was up top to the right. It doesn't show anything, even if they are offline.

When you say change to... I'd suggest clarifying you mean changing the target parameters for the shortcut :P

Unless I mised the "change the target parameters to this..." in which case i'm stupid.

I do hope they keep updating the normal non steam version of MC as well as the steam version.

YOu dont have to uninstall your game. Did you bought your game retail?

Did you bought it on steam?

If you have ti retail, you can still play MC... not sure if they will update the non steam version.

Wait, if you internet is slow you dont play online... Keep playing it on your retail version.

What do you mean buying? you bought the normal COH. Just input the CD keys in steam and download the New Steam Version. Thats it, it comes with all the 3 games, COH, TV, and OF.

Any... way to just download the 1.015 patch, I have all the others and a 2 gb download is pretty big for my connection. I mean a 5 hrs download lol...

I read the instructions twice but I dont understand how to do it manually... or can I even do it manually. Or I HAVE to download the 1.015 full installer and no other way around it.

Although today we use concrete alot to quickly make bases, fly in the blocks and stuff. Basic training still teaches how to make them... not that is rocket science, but I dont remember if you answered this before...

I dont use the Airborne tree often... few times I dont even look at the units, too busy fighting the freacking AI anti tank vehicle spam to care.

but aren't the airborne rangers? or is that from the vanilla version?

If not... hell yeah name it rangers!

Thing I didn't like... hated. Freacking artillery takes amunition to damn fire, and munitions is capped at 600. Horrible.

I got all the patches uploaded to MEGA, which is pretty global. I dont take any credit and I take no responsability. I scanned them with AVG 2013 before uploading. But all 14 rar files are in my own comment list iwth a link

Oh its ok, thanks for the headsup. gota wait then. I ...tried blitzkrieg mod... just doesn't have something about Modern Combat. Maybe is just because is the only one NOT in ww2.

ONly two things I found nice.

2-Infantry has anti tank weaponry that I dont have to babysit :P

You only have to download the COH new steam version that is it. It already brings everything with it. So out of all of those 4 giant files you only need 1 of them.

Also..... the new steam version I cant even launch Modern Combat, I dropped the mdoern combat file into the root directory exactly like with relic, but it doesn't open. It just says "steam starting app" and nothing.

Good thing i bought a physical disc on amazon :P

Hello, its been a long while. I dont see any updates, guess the mod team is busy with rl stuff. But wnated to ask if a game breaking bug was fixed.

When I played as the republic, when the republic switched to empire, the game couldn't go on. It didn't crash. It simply didn't let me select any fleets or units. The game kept going the enemy still attacked me, but I couldn't select anything on the galactic map. ON the battle map I could fight, but everything else stood still.

I tried a new game, and it still happened. So not sure if this was ever fixed.

Meaning with a passport I dont buy games with passport.

M3h, not sure on the vehicle not moving without infantry. Spending twice the resources for that limitation. I rarely use the humvee as it is :P

Hey MC guys, Do you need a backup of the patches I got them uploaded to MEGA, the link is in my page but I would be skeptical of downloading some stuff from random guy's page. I scanned them but not sure how else to make em safer. I got the free AVG thing not sure.

I know when downloading mods for xbox and stuff they ask for the files to be safe first not sure how to do it. Either way.

Ok this is weird... I'd say flip a coin, some until now sometimes they wear the flag, sometimes they dont. Just let a coin decide.

AT4's are a one shot that is true, but having to spend minution to use them isn't so different than the smaw, smaw has reloading tubes.

Now when you mean the ARmy have more anti armour , i'm referring to anti tank.
Both marines and army have the javelin teams.
Both can upgrade their striker and LAV to the missile pod which is anti tank

Marines get the smaw however which you dont have to spend munitions and babysit them for them to counter armor.

PLA build anti tank vehicles in about equal numbers to strikers, but strikers need numerical advantage to go up against them.

Lastly LAV's can't have cage armor?

2. If you are able to making the little bird scouting run be instead a drone would be great. They are easy to shot down and you most likely send something like a drone instead of a little bird and its pilots :P

3.Still say AT4's should work similar to the smaw for the marines, babysitting army marksman butts is a pain.

4. Tank destroyers and rocket trucks are weird on hardcore. SOMETIMES the AI spams them no different than normal mode, and others in hardcore the AI actually uses their command tree stuff more often, which makes it a kool game. Have had a few games where the AI after loosing too many troops they drop a giant rocket attack on an entrenched position and my poor abrams go boom. After which the AI floods the gap with their main battle tanks. Unsure why they dont have a limit to them :P

YOu are talking about the patch on the shoulder right?. If so that is really aesthetics. If they wear it in real life, leave it, if not take it out. Something like looks should be close to real life, this isn't an RPG. :P
