Which of the races is the Atlos Empire race? All of them seem to crash including Hiigaran and Vagyr factions in any way I try to start a game.

To access the web page, right click on the link, paste it in the navigation bar, then delete the "v" before the "http" before pressing enter.

Look for a homeworld 2 cider, install the windows version using wine, then implant the windows homeworld 2 game in the cider to get the game ported.
This will allow any windows effect to be displayed on an OSX computer with the above app.

Just use wine if you have Mac.

To add the mods, copy and paste the windows mod files (.big) in the data folder, which are then found automatically by the launcher after selecting the Homeworld 2 directory.
If the mod doesn't show up, just press the refresh button.

I'm running EAW on an Apple Mac Book, so almost no mods work with my copy of EAW. I've successfully converted many mods from forces of corruption to the normal Empire at War, yet I am unable to start the game with this mod. Every time I start the app, the screen freezes for about 5 sec. then it crashes. Can anybody help me with this problem I am facing?

It could be a little difficult to see what units you actually lost, but the background makes up for it. Great shot of the two transports!
